I’ve saved a document in Google Drive on my tablet, why doesn’t it appear on Google Drive on the class desktop?

1. Are you signed into each Google Drive folder with your zis account?
2. Have you allowed enough time for syncing to take place? When putting a document in your Google Drive folder (not uploading through the web) the document has to sync to the web first.  Once the document is synced to the web you can access it through your web browser (Chrome).  If you would like to access it on your Google Drive folder on another computer, you must allow time for the Drive folder to sync before the document is available.
3. When leaving a classroom always log off the desktop computers fully.  If the next person is logged on at the same time as you (you are still logged on and just clicked “Switched User”), the next person will not be able to sync with their Google Drive.
