- Classwork drive

- These three folders now exist on the top level of Classwork
- To collect work from students have them drop it in your folder in the Student Outbox (write only permission)
- To distribute work to students use the Student Outbox (read only permissions)
- O-departments is now called Faculty and is not visible to students but accessible for you from home through grasshopper
- If you have not deleted your old student inbox please do so ASAP!
- Mobile wifi connection at school
- To connect, select FAS devices and key in the password (ask for the password in the IT office)
- To connect your school e-mail and calendar items on your iPhone (sorry android folks we will get you a tutorial soon) click Settings-Mail, Contacts, Calendars-Add Account-Microsoft and enter:
- Two new light raise beamers- one at the blob table and one where the learning center used to be. You might be familiar with the interface if you have played a Nintendo Wii as you can write from about 2 meters away
- Both of these spaces will be the epicenter for our ongoing pilot to find the next best classroom hardware ecosystem to support student learning in the US
- During the first week back you will able to play with the new technology and brainstorm ways you can use these spaces during class time
- New printer location- on the first floor the two printers for student and staff use have been moved to the Greenhouse coreway
- iPad Collection- If you borrowed an iPad over the summer please return it to the IT office on Wednesday (tomorrow)

- Digital Portfolios are here! Linked from the US Announcements you will see two portfolio portals (Grade 9 and Grade 10).

- Student ownership (lots of items posted to this blog that are entirely student driven)
- Learning overtime (click on any of the grade 8 blogs and you can see multiple posts throughout the year which contribute to a solid glance at their learning overtime)
