Please keep the following dates/changes in mind as the 13/14 nears completion:

May until CWW week- general spring cleaning and organization of digital contents

• Back up files stored on your X220 tablet, classroom desktops and classwork you wish to keep that are not stored in Google drive.  *Remember that OneNote files need to be backup if you wish to keep them.
• Double check your Google drive settings are correctly set and have fully synced.
  *Here are the support materials incase you need a refresher: 1) August 2013 getting organized (GYST badge) instructions & 2) September 2013 Google School support materials
• If you have files stored ONLY in Moodle please back up your course

 

June 4th you will receive your new Yoga tablet.

June 9th you will no longer be able to write (save) any files to Classwork.

June 19th is the absolute last possible date to turn in your X220 tablet. 

June 24th-July 18th Classwork and Moodle unavailable

June 24th-August 8th Summer work (desktops reimaged, MACs updated to Maverick, x220 tablets returned, student Yoga tablets prepared)

August 1st Moodle upgraded and Classwork available as new SWAP style drive to support quick temporary storage of large files while on campus
